The International Elect Alliance Corporation is a rising Economic Development Movement built on biblical Kingdom Building principles designed to empower its members both spiritually and economically.  It is a known fact that economic empowerment pertains to the production, distribution, and use of income, wealth, and commodities as well as one’s personal resources of money.  Each component was strategically structured to strengthen the foundation of an individual or organizations ability to obtain and maintain assets.

            The Alliance understands that the process of transforming the mindsets of people who have been conditioned to accept lack as an economic condition will be challenging but embraced.   Our ongoing mission will be to break those mental barriers of poverty by empowering individuals and the leaders of the communities with information that will cause a domino effect of progress from poverty to prosperity.They will understand fully that the only difference in  the dollar bill and the tree that it's made from is the process in between, and  building wealth is not a money issue it is a discipline and planning issue.

 

            Our strategically designed program components will enable members the ability to become educated, equipped and empowered in various areas of Economic Development. These areas are but not limited to; financial independency both corporately and in various areas of Economic Development. These areas are but not limited to; financial independency  both corporately and individually,  job creation, real-estate investment/ownership, pension planning, community  and business development.  By strategically empowering our Community Leaders (pastors, community non-profit organizations, neighborhood network centers etc.), with the necessary tools and finances they need  to  effectively  empower the families within their communities, the families will in turn create a wholesome environment that they can be proud of.  Within an environment  where  pride is an ingredient for community redevelopment it activates integrity and self-worth.  When integrity and self-worth has been activated we now have  environment where youth will begin to dream and strive for greatness. 

             Wounded people don't dream they only focus on survival, and the Alliance has positioned itself to give members an opportunity to become transformed in the renewing of their minds and be restored from a place of brokenness to a place of wholeness, not afraid to pursue their dreams.
