    Mrs. Stephanie D. Burch is a Fourth Generation Minister who was ordained in November 2002, received her Evangelistic Credentials in November 2004 and finally chosen and ordained as a Prophetess of God in June 2006.

    Her Business Portfolio describes eleven years of experience in the areas of a Business Consulting, Management, Executive Administration and Philanthropy. She is known for her professionalism in orchestrating programs geared towards Community Development, Business Administration and Management, Policy and  Procedure Development  and specializes in setting up various types of  Corporate Entities both for-profit and non-profits, this also includes the 501 ( c ) 3 process with Internal Revenue.  She has also developed several curriculums that are presently being used for Grant Writing, Business Development and 501 (c) 3 workshops.  Because of her passion for helping others she has an established reputation for being a woman of wisdom who is highly motivated, assertive and possess strong technical support skills.

    Her vision for The International Elect Alliance Corporation was birthed from the many encounters with spiritual leaders and individuals needing assistance in the developmental as well as intermediate stages of their ministries and or businesses.  While under-girding them in bringing their visions into fruition she realized the need for an additional strategy that would enhance the levels of support financially, economically and socially.

    It is her mission to empower a Nation through Economic Development, in the interim educate youth in every area of finance so the cycle of “Debt Placement” does not infiltrate the next generation.
